- It depends on what you need. Mailchimp is a good all-rounder, Klaviyo works especially well with online shops, and Shopify Email is simple if your shop already runs on Shopify. I'll recommend the one that fits.
- Can I email people who've bought from me?
- Usually yes, if they bought something similar and were given a chance to opt out - otherwise you need their permission first. I'll help you set things up so you stay within UK email marketing rules.
