Promoting a livestreamed gig for my own band
An event page for my band esOterica's virtual live show, with a countdown to showtime, tickets built in, and tracking to reach interested fans again.
The challenge
My band esOterica was putting on a livestreamed gig, and we needed one place to send fans - somewhere that built excitement before the show, sold tickets, and helped us reach people who were interested but hadn't bought yet.
What I did
- Built an event page with a countdown to showtime, designed to work on any phone
- Built ticket sales into the page, so fans could buy without leaving it
- Set up tracking to show which posts and adverts brought people to the page
- Created audiences so we could show Facebook and Instagram adverts to people who had already shown interest
